Through our very own Pinnacle Programme - plus Spirit of Adventure and Outward Bound - we’re helping young Kiwis find excitement, fun and extraordinary personal growth.
Pinnacle Programme
With hard work, determination and the right support, any Kiwi kid can become the next great leader.
The Hyundai NZ Pinnacle Programme helps make it happen. Each year young adults aged 15-18 develop a raft of vital leadership skills through personal mentoring, networking and adventure, including participation in the Spirit of Adventure, Outward Bound, and Kai Waho programmes.
Spirit of Adventure
An adventure on board Spirit of New Zealand is a life changing experience for all who get the opportunity to join a 10-day voyage. Designed to empower the 40 young people on board through the challenge of the sea, the benefits are many including new skills, improved confidence, resilience, leadership, and 39 new friends for life.
With almost 50 years of helping young people to unleash their potential, the Spirit is synonymous with youth development in New Zealand. We're proud to have provided over 1,000 young people with this experience over the last 10 years.
Outward Bound
The exciting Outward Bound programme is about learning through doing - pushing yourself to your limits to find greatness.
Sailing, kayaking, tramping, rock climbing - Outward Bound has been designed to be both physically and mentally challenging, helping transform young students from nervous strangers into limitless champions.
