HYUNDAI KIDS NEXO GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering this Hyundai Kids NEXO giveaway (“Promotion”) and by accepting a Prize, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Promotion Period

  1. The Promotion will run from 14/04/2026 to 21/04/2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility & Entry

  1. To enter the Promotion and have the chance to win the Prize, you must:
    a) Be a New Zealand resident, currently living in New Zealand.
    b) Not be related to or have any affiliations with a Hyundai New Zealand employee.
  2. The Promotion is not open to employees of Hyundai Motors New Zealand Limited and their families, subsidiaries, agents, and affiliates.
  3. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Prize Draw

  1. The Prize consists of:
    • One (1) Hyundai NEXO electric car for kids 
        • Suitable for ages 3+.
        • Car size is 1,230mm x 670mm x 460mm
  2. The winner will be randomly drawn after the Promotion Period, on 22/04/26
  3. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the Prize.
  4. The Prize winner will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
  5. The Prize winner will have 21 days to reply and accept the Prize. If the winner fails to respond within this period, Hyundai New Zealand reserves the right to re-draw the Prize and announce a new winner. The 21-day period will also apply to the re-drawn winner.
  6. The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
  7. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

General

  1. The Promoter is Hyundai Motors New Zealand Limited (“Promoter”).
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel the Promotion, and to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the award of any Prize if there is any suspicion of fraudulent or improper activity in connection with the Promotion.
  4. If you accept the Prize, you are responsible, at your own cost, for any additional expenses incurred in connection with the Prize, including all applicable taxes.
  5. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. To the extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability arising from or in connection with this Promotion.
  6. All Promotion entries become the property of the Promoter.
  7. By entering, you agree that if you are the Prize winner, your name and photograph may be used for publicity purposes in all media by the Promoter, without remuneration, and you agree to make yourself available for this purpose.
  8. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and any other party associated with this Promotion shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury, including personal injury, arising in connection with the Promotion or the Prize.
  9. By entering the Promotion you agree to receive further information regarding Hyundai Motors New Zealand Limited, including products, services, and offerings, via the contact details you provide.
