Roadside Assistance

 Hyundai Roadside Assistance is a complimentary service that is provided with all new Hyundai vehicles and is valid for a period of the standard warranty coverage of up to 3-Years/100,000km (whichever occurs first) from the date of first registration.

a) The prices listed above are inclusive of; genuine parts, oils (if applicable), Technician labour and GST. These prices are subject to an annual review and adjusted accordingly.

b) The prices listed above represent the maximum retail prices that may be charged by our authorised Dealer network; however, actual prices may vary and could be lower depending on the specific Dealer or location.

c) The "Core Service" pricing for each model listed in the table above includes the use of Hyundai recommended engine oils/grades (not applicable to EV models), genuine Hyundai oil filter (not applicable to EV models), standard maintenance requirements and inspections, as per the respective model Standard Maintenance Requirements Sheets, Technician labour, fixed environmental charge (waste disposal) and GST.

d) "Add-On" items are required to be replaced with the corresponding "Core Service” at the recommended maintenance interval (see Standard Maintenance Requirements Sheets) for interval information.

e) The cost of 'Add-On' items is separate from and is additional to the ″Core Service″ prices. Customers will be informed and quoted for any ″Add-On″ items or work as per the recommended. 

f) The purchase of a pre-paid Service Plan may offer further cost savings and added benefits compared to standard pay-per-service maintenance. Actual savings will vary depending on vehicle usage, adherence to the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule.   Pre-paid Service Plans

' Base Cost : 6 x 4L bottle of EV Low Conductive Coolant

² Base Cost : 1 x 4L bottle of Engine Coolant

³ Base Cost : Includes TPMS labour for sensors re-configuration with diagnostic equipment

4 Base Cost : The A/C regas for up to 500 grams of R134a A/C refrigerant is priced at $400 (additional may be required)
