Embrace the Nu. Hyundai has developed the all-aluminium 1.8 Nu engine for Elantra. It’s lightweight and strong, producing 110kW @6500 rpm via its 6-speed automatic transmission. The Nu engine squeezes the maximum amount of energy from each drop of fuel, delivering class-leading fuel economy.
The Elantra is made from Hyundai’s own strong, lightweight automotive steel. It comes with Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), Electronic Brake-Force Distribution (EBD) and six airbags.
