Hyundai New Zealand has supplied battery-electric vehicles (BEVs) for the New Zealand Police plan to build an emissions-free vehicle fleet within five years. 34 64kWh Hyundai Kona and five 72kWh IONIQ 5 EVs will provide Police support personnel with the technology, space, and efficiency needed for a demanding work environment.

Kiwi rally star Hayden Paddon is taking the Hyundai Kona EV rally car into competition for just the second time at the Ashley Forest Rallysprint taking place over the weekend of 17 and 18 September.
