Hyundai i45 Fleet DM Test Drive Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Information on eligibility and promotion products forms part of these terms & conditions.

2. Eligibility to participate in the promotion is only through receiving the i45 Fleet DM Promotional Mailer in the post. Employees & their immediate families of the Promoters, its associated companies & agencies are not eligible to receive the promotion products.

3. The i45 Fleet DM Hyundai test drive promotion is available at the Promoters Hyundai dealerships until the 31st July 2010.

4. In order to receive the promotional product eligible participants must attend a test drive appointment at the Promoters dealership that the mailer was addressed from. The Hyundai i45 Fleet DM promotional mailer must be presented at the test drive appointment. Only one test drive is permitted per eligible participant. Any participant not complying with these terms and conditions is not eligible to receive the promotional product.

5. The Promoters are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of participating in the promotion, or accepting the promotional product, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
