Butter Garlic (finely chopped)
Parsley Pipis (or mussels


Preheat the BBQ to high heat. Place the butter, a little garlic, and some chopped parsley in a bowl, place over the heat for a minute to melt the butter. Set aside. 

Place shellfish directly on the grill. Once they pop open, remove with tongs and place in the bowl with the butter. Continue this process until all are opened.

Give the shellfish and butter a good toss together and serve with a generous squeeze of lemon over the top.
