Hyundai knows that buying a car is a big decision, so we’ve been successful in standing right beside customers who look advantage of the Hyundai assurance programme.
The Hyundai Assurance Programme was setup to protect customers who purchased a Hyundai. If customers lost their income after that time and were up to date with repayments, Hyundai were supportive in covering customer’s loan installments for three months, up to $3,000 while customers look for new employment.
On the other hand, if customers didn’t find employment in 3 months, then they had the option to return the car. This meant no dramas, no credit record, and no embarrassment for the customer!
No one else was able to provide such a service to their loyal customers.
